Information on the License Revocation of České spořitelní družstvo

Prague, August 2, 2024: On August 1, 2024, the Financial Market Guarantee System received notification from the Czech National Bank about the licence revocation of České spořitelní družstvo, with its registered office: Hostýnská 520/14, Prague 10, ID: 274 44 376. The license was revoked due to the resolution of the cooperative's general meeting on its liquidation.As of the date of the license revocation, České spořitelní družstvo did not record any insured deposits under Sections 41a et seq. of Act No. 21/1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended. Therefore, the Financial Market Guarantee System will not pay out any deposit compensations.
