Disclosing information

The Guarantee System discloses information under the Act No 106/1999 Sb., on Free Access to Information, as amended (“Act 106/1999”). This act defines the procedure for submitting and executing requests, deadlines and other details concerning the disclosure of information..

If a request is submitted electronically, the request must be signed electronically and sent to info@gsft.cz or to data mailbox ID zg86tq3.

Information and documentation under Article 5(1) and (2) of Act 106/1999, as well as other communications relating to the disclosure of information, can be found at the reception area of the registered office of the Guarantee System, Týn 639/1, Prague 1, and are also available in Overview of Mandatorily Disclosed Information.
