Accessibility Statement

The Financial Market Guarantee System undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Act No 99/2019, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on amendment to Act No 365/2000, on information systems of the public administration and on amendment to some other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

Information structure

The structure of information on the website has been created according to the HTML 5 specification and visually formatted with cascading style sheets (CSS 3) – the layout and functionality of the website are designed to make it accessible for users with disabilities. Compliance with the aforementioned standards should ensure that the content of the website is displayed correctly in most browsers and on most display devices.

Compliance status

The aforementioned website is partly compliant with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and the WCAG 2.1 standard due to insufficiently accessible content and/or the exceptions specified below.

Content accessibility

The information on the website is also provided in the form of PDF documents, mainly because these documents contain typographical elements and formatting not supported by the HTML web format or because they are too large. We therefore recommend downloading these documents. The PDF format is also more suitable for printing. These are some documents under the Guarantee System/Documents section, namely annual reports, statutes, and the base prospectus of the bond programme. To view these documents, it is possible to download e.g. Acrobat Reader, which is free of charge. Support for viewing pdf files is already integrated in some web browsers.

This Accessibility Statement has been prepared on the basis of a proprietary assessment made by the Financial Market Guarantee System. When drafting this Accessibility Statement, Act No 99/2019, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on amendment to Act No 365/2000, on information systems of the public administration and on amendment to some other acts, as amended, the methodological guidelines of the Czech Ministry of the Interior for this Act, the EN 301 549 V2 1.2 standard, and the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1 standard were referenced.
